Cancellation Policy

Late and Cancellation Policy We kindly ask that you contact us via phone or text at least 2 hours prior to your scheduled appointment if you need to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations or reschedules made after this time frame may result in an additional charge or no refund. For appointments or classes, please arrive on time. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your appointment or, in some cases, refuse entry into the class. A fee may apply. Thank you for your understanding and for choosing us! We truly appreciate your business.
