About Us
Ray is a native of Houston, Texas. He attended Texas Southern University where he obtained a Bachelor of Art in Political Science and graduated magna cum laude. He then went on to matriculate into Lamar University where he obtained a Master of Public Administration. Currently, he is pursuing a law degree.
Ray has worked in various aspects of the healthcare industry which inspired him to start Happy Hearts CPR & Life Coaching in addition to I Sign It Notary. He describes it as "a one stop shop". A place where healthcare providers [and member of the community] can come and either certify or re-certify their CPR training and gather a logical no nonsense approach to tackling life problems.
When he is not working or studying, he enjoys spending time with his family, traveling, and volunteering within the community.
